About the project

As my graduation project for my university I choose to make a book about the filmmaking of New Zealand writer, director and actor Taika Waititi. Using a huge dataset i collected from his movies “Eagle vs. Shark”, “Boy”, “Hunt For The Wilderpeople” and “Jojo Rabbit” I tried to explain the magic of his movies using infographics.

All the illustrations in the book are linocuts I made. Additional to that I created my own linocut styled font “Waititi Sans”.
